Ordering
Which binder format should I choose?
Our 4 pocket binders hold 160 cards and suit a small display or trade collection. The 9 pocket format holds 360 cards and is the most popular choice for full sets. The 12 pocket format holds 480 cards for master sets and larger collections. Top loader binders hold 128 or 216 cards that are already in rigid top loaders.
What are the binders made from?
Every Oasis Binders binder has a water-resistant PU leather cover with a full zip closure and side-loading, acid-free, non-PVC pages. Artwork is precision laser-engraved onto the cover.
Are the pages side-loading?
Yes. Side-loading pockets keep cards in place when the binder is carried or stored upright and protect card edges.
Do your top loader binders fit standard top loaders?
Yes. The Collector's Series Top Loader pages are compatible with standard top loaders and with Vault X and Palms Off inserts.
Which card games fit?
Any standard-size trading card: Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh! (in a sleeve) and sports cards.
Custom binders
How do I order a custom engraved binder?
Send us your design concept, cover colour and format through the customisation form, Instagram (@oasisbinders) or sales@oasisbinders.com.au. We refine the artwork for engraving and send it back for approval. Once you approve, order through the Create Your Own Custom Binder page and your binder goes into production.
Can I return a custom binder?
Custom engraved binders are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check your artwork carefully before approving it.
Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
Each binder is engraved individually, so minor variations are a natural part of the process and make every piece slightly unique.
Shipping
How quickly do you dispatch?
In-stock orders are dispatched from Sydney within 48 hours. Custom binders ship once engraving is complete, within the production time quoted at approval.
How long does delivery take?
Within Australia, orders usually arrive in 5–7 business days. International orders take 7–16 days depending on the destination.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up in store?
Our range is stocked at House of Cards & Collectables in Haberfield, NSW. Contact us to arrange a pickup.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition with proof of purchase. Contact sales@oasisbinders.com.au to start a return. Custom engraved items are excluded unless faulty.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Inspect your order on arrival and email us straight away with photos so we can make it right.
